Ultimate Nachos

These Ultimate Nachos are an eating essential for any Mexican night. They’re simple to create, fun to eat, and packed with the cheesy flavour you love. And, once this is your go-to nacho recipe, you can mix it up and experiment with new ingredients and try another one of Primula’s seriously strong cheeses (we recommend Smoky Paprika).

  • Large bag of nachos
  • 140g tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Jalapeños
  • Chopped coriander, to garnish
  • SALSA
  • 6 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped
  • red onion, diced
  • Juice of 1-2 limes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 50g black beans
  • Salt and pepper
How you do it
How you do it
  • Half each tomato and remove the seeds using a teaspoon. Then dice the tomato.
  • Combine the diced tomato and the remaining salsa ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the nachos in a serving dish and spoon the salsa on top.
  • Generously squeeze Primula Cheese ‘n’ Jalapeños over the nachos for extra flavour.
  • They’re delicious when served cold or, for extra meltiness, place your dish in the oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander, serve, and enjoy!
