  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 eggs
  • 70g Primula Original Cheese
  • Chives, chopped to garnish
  • A knob of butter

  • Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk.
  • Scramble your eggs in a frying pan.
  • Once cooked, fold through your Primula Cheese and place on toast.
  • Garnish with chives and savour.
