Loaded Fries

We love a fakeaway any night of the week! A generous squeeze of cheese along with bacon, red onion and tomato is our idea of the perfect Loaded Fries.

  • 1 Tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham
  • 2 baking potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • Low calorie cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 red chillies, chopped
  • 200g smoked lardons, cooked
  • Fresh coriander
How you do it

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place your fries on a baking try and spray with low calorie cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper and pop in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove fries from the oven and add a generous squeeze of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham.
  • Top with onion, cherry tomatoes, chillies and lardons and add another squeeze of cheese. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is golden.
  • Sprinkle over some freshly chopped coriander and serve.
