Lamb Kebab with Sriracha Cheese
Our delicious, Lamb Kebab recipe with Primula Hot Cheese and Sriracha is full of flavour with a special kick, making this dish the perfect addition to the party food table for Eurovision or a tasty dinner.
What you need
- 1 Primula Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha tube
- 500g lamb, diced
- 30ml olive oil
- 125g yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ½ lime juice
- 1/2tsp cumin
- 1/2tsp oregano
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1/4tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/2tsp pepper
- 250g cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 250g sweetcorn
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 200g roasted mixed peppers, in brine
- 4 flatbreads
How you do it
Combine the lamb, olive oil, yoghurt, garlic, lime juice, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until the lamb is covered and marinate in the fridge for an hour or ideally 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Add the meat onto skewers (4 in total) and balance across a shallow lined baking tray. Bake for 20/30 minutes, turning the baking tray halfway after 10/15 minutes.
Preheat the grill, sprinkle the flatbreads with a little water and place under the grill and turn occasionally, cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the lamb skewers with flatbread, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, roasted peppers and Primula Cheese and Sriracha.
