Cheese & bacon turnovers
Perfect for a picnic, garden party, or a mid-afternoon treat!
What you need
What you need
- 1 tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham
- Readymade roll out puff pastry
- 16 bacon rashes (cooked)
- Butter, melted
- To serve:
- Coriander, chopped

How you do it
How you do it
- Preheat oven to 390F /200C / gas mark 6.
- Roll out the readymade pastry.
- Cut into 8 even squares and place 2 strips of bacon on each square.
- Add a generous squeeze of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham to each square.
- Fold the two corners together, and lightly coat with melted butter.
- Place turnovers on a greaseproof baking try and place in the oven for around 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve with coriander.
