Tuna Melt Squeeze Toastie
This one’s packed to perfection! Creamy Primula Cheese & Chives gets stirred through with tuna, sweetcorn, and zingy lime juice, then grilled between slices of golden granary bread for a melt that’s seriously satisfying.
What You Need

Primula Cheese & Chives

2 slices granary bread
-
½ tin tuna chunks, drained

2 dessert spoons tinned sweetcorn, drained

1–2 spring onions, chopped

Juice of ½ lime

25g grated Cheddar cheese
How You Do It

Lightly toast both slices of granary bread on one side only.

In a bowl, mix Primula Cheese & Chives with tuna, sweetcorn, spring onions and lime juice.

Spoon the filling over the toasted side of one slice, sprinkle with Cheddar, then add an extra squeeze of Primula.

Top with the second slice, toasted side down.

Grill until golden, melted, and oozing. Enjoy every bite!
