Squeeze Tacos
The perfect dish to share with family and friends, a universal firm favourite with plenty of flavour!
What you need
- 1 tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Jalapenos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 500g of minced beef
- 250ml beef stock
- 6 tacos
- 1 tub of Primula Spicy Salsa dip
- Lettuce, torn
How you do it
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onions and garlic until soft. Add paprika and cumin, cook for a further 1-2 minutes then add the mince and stir until browned.
Pour in the beef stock, cover, and cook for 45 minutes, or until reduced.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4
Place the tacos in between the grate of the oven and cook for a minute or so until hardened and crisp
Fill the shells with the beef, Spicy Salsa dip and lettuce and then top with a generous squeeze of Primula ‘n’ Jalapenos.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander, serve and enjoy!
