Ultimate Indoor BBQ Burger

Primula Burger Cheese

What you need

  • 500g British beef mince (15% fat)
  • 1 tbsp black treacle
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper

How you do it

  1. Combine the burger ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Using your hands, bring the mixture together ensuring the ingredients are evenly mixed. Season to taste.

  3. Using your hands or a burger press, shape into 6 burgers and refrigerate until ready to cook.

  4. Place on the BBQ or skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  5. Serve on a toasted bread bun with lettuce, gherkins, and a generous squeeze of Primula Burger Cheese.
