What you need
- 1 tube Primula Original Cheese
- 4 French‑style crêpes
- 12 rashers streaky bacon
- Fresh chives, roughly chopped
- Olive oil, for cooking
How you do it
- Divide the Primula Original evenly between the 4 crêpes, squeezing it in zig‑zags and spreading into a thin layer with a knife.
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the bacon until cooked and lightly crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Place 3 rashers of bacon on one half of each crêpe and sprinkle generously with chopped chives.
