
Original Loaded Pastrami Squeeze Toastie
Stacked with pastrami, crunchy pickles and a fiery kick of chilli jam, this toastie is dripping with deliciousness. Squeezed with creamy Primula Original Cheese and packed between golden toasted sourdough, it’s the perfect crave-worthy combo for your lunch break or anytime hunger hits.

What You Need
Primula Original Cheese
2 slices seeded sourdough bread
2 tsp chilli jam
A handful of rocket leaves
3 slices pastrami
3 cornichons or gherkins, sliced
How You Do It
Lightly toast the sourdough slices on both sides until golden.
Spread one slice with chilli jam and top with fresh rocket.
Layer on the pastrami and sliced cornichons.
Squeeze generously with Primula Original Cheese.
Top with the second slice of toast, cut in half, and dive in!
