Mac 'n' cheese cups

Mac ‘n’ cheese cups – what could be better? Make the most of picnics at the park with these fun-size bites. Kids (and adults too!) will love them because they’re different and fun to eat! We’ve used Primula Original Cheese in this mac and cheese sauce recipe but feel free to try it with our other tasty flavours too and let us know your favourite!

Primula Original Cheese tube
  • 1 tube Primula Original Cheese
  • 150g macaroni pasta
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat oven to 180c. Line a mini muffin tin with cases.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
  • Drain the pasta and mix with the tube of Primula Original Cheese.
  • Spoon a heaped teaspoon of mac and cheese into each case, pressing it in gently.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden.
  • Sprinkle with parsley, remove from the tray and serve hot or cold.
