Squeezy Mac ‘n’ Cheese Cups

Mac ‘n’ cheese cups – what could be easier? Lunchboxes just got better with these fun-size bites. Perfect for the whole family because they’re tasty, different and fun to eat! We’ve used Primula Cheddar & Chorizo in this recipe but feel free to try it with our other tasty flavours too and let us know your favourite!

Primula Cheddar & Chorizo

  • Makes 12 mini cups
  • 25 minutes

What you need

  • 140g Primula Cheddar & Chorizo
  • 150g macaroni pasta
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

How you do it

  1. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a mini muffin tin with cases.

  2. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until al dente.

  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the Cheddar & Chorizo cheese.

  4. Spoon a heaped teaspoon of mac and cheese into each case, pressing it in gently.

  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden.

  6. Sprinkle with parsley, remove from the tray and serve hot or cold.
