What You Need
- 4 slices square wholemeal bread
- 2 tsp English mustard
- 4 slices honey roast ham
- 140g Primula Original Cheese
- Butter, for toasting
How You Do It

Spread: Spread the English mustard evenly over two slices of bread.

Layer: Top each mustard-coated slice with 2 slices of honey roast ham.

Squeeze: Generously squeeze Primula Original Cheese in a zig-zag pattern over the ham.

Assemble: Finish by placing the remaining slices of bread on top to form two sandwiches.

Cook: Heat your toastie maker or frying pan and add a little butter to the cooking surface.

Toastie maker: Place sandwiches inside, close the lid, and cook for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Frying pan: Cook each sandwich for 3–5 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula to keep them together and ensure even toasting.

Cool & slice: Remove from heat, let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then slice into fingers.
