Saucy Sausage Pasta

This hearty dish is an easy-to-make feast for the whole family. And it’s endlessly customisable, so you can add all of your favourite ingredients whenever you feel like switching it up. Add an extra squeeze of Primula cheese on top just before serving for even more of that creamy taste you love.

  • 300g strozzapreti or penne
  • 300g sausage meat
  • 200g spinach
  • 75g Primula Cheese 'n' Ham
  • 75g crème fraiche
  • A handful of chopped sage
  • Black pepper
How you do it
How you do it
  • Cook your pasta according to pack instructions.
  • Cook the sausage meat in a large frying pan, until golden brown.
  • Add the spinach and sage stir through until softened.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and add the Primula Cheese and crème fraiche and stir thoroughly.
  • Gently stir the mixture through the pasta.
  • Season generously with black pepper, then tuck in!
