
Squeeze & Prawn Pasta
Easy, cheesy, and under 10 ingredients? Hello, delicious weeknight meal. This dish is full of zesty flavour, making it perfect for larger gatherings — just double accordingly. And, while this prawn pasta recipe calls for Primula Cheese ‘n’ Prawns, you can always use Primula Light Cheese for the same delicious flavour with 40% less fat.

What you need
- 300g dried linguine
- 25ml of olive oil
- 300g king prawns, peeled
- 3 cloves of garlic, diced
- 150g Primula Cheese ‘n’ Prawns
- ½ lemon, juiced
- A handful of chopped parsley, chopped
How you do it
Cook the linguine according to pack instructions
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the garlic in the oil and fry briefly until it starts to colour.
Add the prawns and fry for a couple of minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat.
In a mixing bowl combine the Primula Cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
Stir the mixture through, evenly coating the pasta.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges then serve. Noodle slurping optional.
