
Nduja Mac & Squeeze Toastie
This oozy, spicy ‘Nduja Mac & Cheese Toastie is everything you didn’t know you needed. Creamy Primula Original blends perfectly with punchy ‘nduja to wrap around tender macaroni, all packed between crispy, golden sourdough. It’s the mac & cheese of dreams – turned toastie.

What You Need
- 100g macaroni 
- 1–2 tbsp ‘nduja 
- 1 tube Primula Original Cheese 
- 2 large slices sourdough bread 
- Butter, for spreading 
How You Do It
- Cook the pasta
 Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the sauce
 In a saucepan over low heat, melt the ‘nduja. Squeeze in the Primula Original and stir until smooth. Fold in the cooked macaroni and mix well.
- Build the toastie
 Butter one side of each slice of bread. Pile the mac & cheese onto the unbuttered side of one slice, then top with the other slice, buttered side out.
- Toast to perfection
 Place in a hot frying pan and toast on both sides until golden brown and crisp, with melty mac & cheese inside. Slice and serve hot.
