Jam-Packed Festive Full Cheese & Ham Ploughman’s Squeeze Toastie
All the best bits of a classic ploughman’s… wrapped up in a gloriously cheesy festive toastie. This hearty bloomer-bread stack is filled with thick-cut ham, crunchy gherkins, tangy silverskin onions, sweet caramelised onion chutney and crisp rocket brought together with a generous squeeze of Primula Cheese & Ham. It’s jam-packed, joy-packed and seriously satisfying.
What you need

Primula Cheese & Ham

2 slices bloomer bread

A handful of rocket leaves

2 gherkins, sliced

5–6 silverskin onions

3–4 slices thick-cut ham or gammon

Caramelised onion chutney
How you do it

Lightly toast both slices of bloomer bread until golden.

Squeeze a generous layer of Primula Cheese & Ham onto one slice, then scatter over the rocket leaves.

Pile on the sliced gherkins, silverskin onions and thick-cut ham. Spoon over caramelised onion chutney.

Add another generous squeeze of Primula Cheese & Ham, top with the second slice of toasted bloomer, and tuck in!
