BBQ Chicken Squeeze Pinwheels

Packed with flavour and perfect for sharing, these BBQ Chicken Squeeze Pinwheels are a quick, cheesy twist on a lunchbox or picnic classic. Made with a creamy layer of Primula Cheese & Chives, tender BBQ chicken, sweetcorn and spring onions—all wrapped up in soft tortillas and sliced into perfect bites. Serve with an extra squeeze of Primula for a crowd-pleasing finish.

What You Need

  • 140g Primula Cheese & Chives

  • 1 small can sweetcorn, drained

  • 2 spring onions, sliced

  • 200g cooked chicken, shredded

  • 3–4 tbsp BBQ sauce

  • 4 large or 8 small flour tortillas

How You Do It

  1. In a bowl, mix the drained sweetcorn with a generous squeeze of Primula Cheese & Chives, then stir in the sliced spring onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce.
  3. Squeeze more Primula Cheese & Chives over each tortilla and spread evenly to the edges.
  4. Spoon over the BBQ chicken and top with the sweetcorn mixture.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly, then slice into 2cm pinwheels.
  6. Serve cold—or warmed up—with an extra squeeze of Primula Cheese & Chives on the side.
