What you need
- 320g pre-rolled puff pastry
- 140g Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Royal Gala apple, thinly sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 1tsp honey
- 1 sprig fresh thyme (optional)
How you do it
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F/200°C and cover a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Roll out the puff pastry dough onto the prepared baking tray.
Apply Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch margin along the edges.
Arrange apple slices on top of the cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry turns golden brown.
After baking, top with honey and thyme. Serve.
