Quick Cauliflower Squeeze
Turn your cauliflower into an irresistibly creamy sauce in under 10 minutes. With the addition of Primula Light cheese and a handful of chives (or any of your other favourite herbs), this cheese recipe is a seriously delicious time saver whenever you need more sauce in your life. And it’s guilt-free too!
What you need
- 1 large cauliflower (leaves cut off), broken into pieces
- 140g Primula Light Cheese
- 50ml milk
- 1 handful chives, chopped
How you do it
Place the cauliflower in a microwaveable dish and cook on high for 4-6 minutes, until tender. Then set aside.
Add the Primula Light Cheese and milk to a jug and microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir well until the cheese sauce is smooth and glossy.
Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and garnish with chives.
Serve and enjoy while it’s hot.
