Quick Cauliflower Squeeze

Turn your cauliflower into an irresistibly creamy sauce in under 10 minutes. With the addition of Primula Light cheese and a handful of chives (or any of your other favourite herbs), this cheese recipe is a seriously delicious time saver whenever you need more sauce in your life. And it’s guilt-free too!


What you need

  • 1 large cauliflower (leaves cut off), broken into pieces
  • 140g Primula Light Cheese
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 handful chives, chopped

How you do it

  1. Place the cauliflower in a microwaveable dish and cook on high for 4-6 minutes, until tender. Then set aside.

  2. Add the Primula Light Cheese and milk to a jug and microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir well until the cheese sauce is smooth and glossy.

  3. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and garnish with chives.

  4. Serve and enjoy while it’s hot.
