Quick Cauliflower Cheese

Turn your cauliflower into an irresistibly creamy sauce in under 10 minutes. With the addition of Primula Light cheese and a handful of chives (or any of your other favourite herbs), this cheese recipe is a seriously delicious time saver whenever you need more sauce in your life. And it’s guilt-free too!

  • 1 large cauliflower (leaves cut off), broken into pieces
  • 140g Primula Light Cheese
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 handful chives, chopped
How you do it
How you do it
  • Place the cauliflower in a microwaveable dish and cook on high for 4-6 minutes, until tender. Then set aside.
  • Add the Primula Light Cheese and milk to a jug and microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir well until the cheese sauce is smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and garnish with chives.
  • Serve and enjoy while it’s hot.
