What you need

  • 500 g frozen skin-on fries or homemade fries

  • 4 to 5 tablespoons Primula Pigs in Blankets

  • 4 to 5 pigs in blankets

  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce

  • 3 to 4 stuffing balls, sliced

  • 2 to 3 slices cooked turkey

  • Fresh rosemary or parsley, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: turkey gravy for dipping

How you do it

  1. Cook the fries according to the packet instructions until crisp and golden.

  2. While still hot, transfer the fries to a serving dish.

  3. Top with sliced pigs in blankets, stuffing pieces, turkey and small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce.
