How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/Gas Mark 7.
  • Place a large pan over a medium heat. Add the oil to the pan and gently fry the onion, garlic, and carrot. Add the mince to the pan and continue to fry until the meat has browned.
  • Crumble the beef stock cube over the mix then stir through the flour. Cook for 2 minutes and remove any lumps. Then, pour in the stock, tomato purée, and Worcester sauce, and continue to cook until it starts to thicken. Season to taste.
  • Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes, until soft. Drain and squeeze in your tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives. Mash together until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the beef mixture into a baking dish. Top with the mashed potato to the mixture and with a fork create lines across the top of the potato.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Then serve and enjoy!
