Squeeze & Prawns Christmas Brioche Bites

Primula Cheese & Prawns

What You Need

  • 400g unsliced all butter brioche loaf
  • 25g butter
  • 70g fresh chorizo sliced
  • 210g Primula Cheese & Prawns
  • Fresh parsley to decorate
  • Ground black pepper as taste

How You Do It

 

  1. Cut the all butter brioche loaf into four chunky slices and use a cookie cutter to
    stamp out 10 circles. Melt the butter in a frying pan and gently fry the brioche
    rounds until golden and crisp on both sides.
  2.  When they are ready, cut open with a knife making 20 brioche rounds.
  3. In the same pan, cook the chorizo slices until they become crispy and intensely coloured.
  4. Squeeze Primula Cheese & Prawns onto each disc of brioche, top with a chorizo wedge, grinding of black pepper and fresh parsley leaves.
