
Chorizo, Chutney & Squeezy Cheese Toastie
A seriously indulgent toastie that is quick, gooey and full of flavour. Spicy chorizo, sweet tomato chutney and a generous squeeze of Primula Original Cheese come together between golden slices of sourdough for the ultimate cheese pull. Perfect for lunch, a cheeky snack, or any time you need something delicious and squeezy in minutes.

What You Need
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 8 slices chorizo
- 2 tbsp tomato chutney
- 1 tube Primula Original Cheese (or a generous squeeze)
- Butter, to spread
How You Do It
Toast the sourdough slices until golden.
Spread the toast liberally with butter. Spread a tablespoon of tomato chutney on two of the slices.
Place the chorizo slices in a frying pan without oil and sizzle for 3–5 minutes, turning halfway, until slightly crisp.
Lay the cooked chorizo over the chutney slices. Squeeze a generous layer of Primula Original Cheese over each.
Top with the remaining buttered slices and squish down lightly.
Cut in half with a sharp knife and eat immediately while it is warm and gooey.
