Vegan flatbreads

Our easy flatbread recipe is a great addition to your summer picnics. The silky texture of Primula Perfectly Plant, along with juicy tomatoes, red onion and rocket creates a yummy flatbread topping. We’ll be eating this one al fresco!

Tube of Perfectly Plant
  • 1 tube Primula Perfectly Plant
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 4 tbsp passata
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 handful rocket
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat the oven to 200c.
  • Spread the passata onto the flatbreads.
  • Arrange the onion, tomato and rocket on top.
  • Squeeze over a generous squiggle of Primula Perfectly Plant.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, until bubbling and crisp.
  • Slice and serve.
