Tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets, leaves reserved
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 2 tubes Primula Original Cheese
  • ½ tbsp mustard (optional)
  • 60ml milk
  • Nutmeg (optional)

  • Firstly, prepare the cauliflower by washing it. Cut it into individual florets and steam until almost tender.
  • In a separate pan, add the leek, garlic and butter and cook until the leek is tender. Add the Primula Original Cheese, milk, mustard, and cauliflower leaves. To remove any lumps, use the back of a wooden spoon on the edge of the pan. Cook gently to create a delicious cheesy sauce that should coat the back of a spoon.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the cheese sauce and place in a baking dish. Top with grated nutmeg. Grill for 8-10 minutes until golden a bubbling.
