Tuna Pasta Bake

A quick and easy pasta bake which the whole family will love!
What you need

  • 1 tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • Low calorie cooking spray
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 fresh tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 pepper, chopped
  • 300ml passata
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 300g pasta
  • 150g tuna (drained)

  • Preheat oven to 180c / 350f /gas mark 4
  • Heat the cooking spray in a small pan, then add the onion and garlic until soft. Add the tomatoes and peppers until cooked.
  • Add in the passata, stock and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  • Reduce heat and allow simmer for around 10 minutes until the mixture reduces down and thickens.
  • While the sauce is reducing, cook the pasta using instructions on pack. Drain and then stir into the sauce along with the tuna.
  • Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with Primula Original Cheese.
  • Place in the oven and cook for around 30 mins until the cheese is golden.
