Pulled Pork Mac ‘N’ Cheese

What is there *not* to love about a dish that combines macaroni, creamy Primula cheese, and pulled pork, all in one forkfull? Nothing, because this might just be the perfect meal. And it comes layered in a mason jar with crushed tortilla chips and spicy red peppers. Impressive, while being easy to prep — perfect!

  • 200g Macaroni pasta
  • 380g BBQ pulled pork
  • 150g Primula Original Cheese
  • 2 roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 50g tortilla chips, crushed
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/Gas Mark 7/425°F.
  • Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the BBQ pulled pork according to packet instructions.
  • Drain the pasta, but keep 2 tbsp. of the liquid to loosen the sauce.
  • Mix the Primula Cheese through the pasta and set aside.
  • Layer your mason jars with Pulled Pork Mac ‘N’ Cheese, peppers, and crushed tortilla.
  • Place in an oven on an oven-proof dish.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • Serve with side salad. Dig in!
