Prawn pasta

Looking for a tasty new recipe to add to your repertoire? What could be better than creamy prawn pasta?! You can rustle up this dish in under 20 minutes for a midweek meal bursting with flavour. Delicious!

Primula Cheese 'n' Prawns
  • 1 tube Primula Cheese ‘n’ Prawns
  • 140g linguine pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed or finely chopped
  • 120g asparagus spears, chopped
  • 100g cooked king prawns
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
How you do it

  • Bring a pan of water to boil and add the pasta, cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and asparagus and cook until tender, around 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked pasta, prawns, and Primula Cheese 'n' Prawns to the pan and mix well. Heat for 1-2 minutes.
  • Divide between dishes and top with the parsley.
