Prawn dip
Our prawn dip is creamy, zingy and oh-so tasty! Primula Cheese ‘n’ Prawns combine with chilli, spinach and coriander to make a mouth-watering snack. Put your feet up and savour that flavour!
What you need
- 1 tube Primula Cheese ‘n’ Prawns
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 red chilli
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 200g crackers or tortilla chips
How you do it
Preheat the oven to 180c.
Finely slice or chop the chillies.
Mix the Primula Cheese ‘n’ Prawns, spinach and half the chilli in a ramekin.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Garnish with the rest of the chilli and coriander and serve with the crackers for dipping.
