Mac ‘n’ Squeeze with Pigs In Blankets

Ideal for sharing at Christmas, however this dish is so tasty you’ll make it all year round – trust us!


What you need

  • 1 tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • 300g macaroni pasta
  • Salt
  • 50g fresh breadcrumbs
  • 6 pigs in blankets

How you do it

  1. Heat a large pan of salted water, add the macaroni to the pan and cook until al dente, then drain.

  2. Whilst the macaroni is cooking, put the pigs in blanket on a baking tray and place in the oven for the required cooking time.

  3. Add a tube of Primula Original Cheese to the macaroni and mix together.

  4. Place in an ovenproof dish and top with the breadcrumbs.

  5. Add the pigs in blankets so they are firmly on top of the macaroni.

  6. Place under the grill and cook until the breadcrumbs are golden.

  7. Remove from the grill and serve.
