Fries? Yes, please! Our loaded criss-cross fries are ideal as a side dish or a standalone snack. This recipe is super quick and easy to make. Simply squeeze delicious Primula Burger Cheese over these golden beauties and you’ve got an irresistible crowd-pleaser in no time!

Tube of Burger Cheese
  • 1 tube Primula Burger Cheese
  • 1kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 green chili
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 red onion
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat the oven or an air fryer to 200c.
  • Use a crinkle cutter or knife to thinly slice the potatoes.
  • Mix the potatoes with the oil, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Arrange on a baking tray or tip into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and crisp.
  • Meanwhile, dice the red onion and slice the chili and spring onions.
  • Arrange the fries on a tray.
  • Sprinkle over onion, chili and spring onions.
  • Finish with a delicious squeeze of Primula Burger Cheese.
