  • 160g pasta
  • 1 tube Primula Light Cheese
  • 120g asparagus
  • 100g peas
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 handfuls rocket
    • To serve:
    • Serve garnished with the rocket and extra parsley.
How you do it
How you do it
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package instructions.
  • Chop the asparagus into thirds.
  • Close to the end of the cooking time, either steam the asparagus and peas for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp, or add to the pasta and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and mix with the steamed vegetables, parsley and the Primula. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
