Light Bruschetta

In need of a speedy snack? We’ve got you covered with our Light Bruschetta! Mouth-watering flavours of oozy cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil are generously spooned onto slices of toasted ciabatta in our speedy bruschetta recipe. Enjoy!


What you need

  • 2-3 tbsp Primula Light Cheese
  • 4 small slices ciabatta or sourdough
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp olive oil

How you do it

  1. Quarter the tomatoes and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, basil and some salt and pepper.

  2. Toast the bread.

  3. Spread the Primula Light Cheese evenly on the bread.

  4. Top with a few spoonfuls of the tomato mix. Serve.
