Light Bruschetta

Primula Light Cheese
  • 2-3 tbsp Primula Light Cheese
  • 4 small slices ciabatta or sourdough
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
How you do it
How you do it
  • Quarter the tomatoes and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, basil and some salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread the Primula Light Cheese evenly on the bread.
  • Top with a few spoonfuls of the tomato mix. Serve.
