Light Bruschetta
In need of a speedy snack? We’ve got you covered with our Light Bruschetta! Mouth-watering flavours of oozy cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil and olive oil are generously spooned onto slices of toasted ciabatta in our speedy bruschetta recipe. Enjoy!
What you need
- 2-3 tbsp Primula Light Cheese
- 4 small slices ciabatta or sourdough
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp olive oil
How you do it
Quarter the tomatoes and mix in a bowl with the olive oil, basil and some salt and pepper.
Toast the bread.
Spread the Primula Light Cheese evenly on the bread.
Top with a few spoonfuls of the tomato mix. Serve.
