Hop Dip Wedges

By mixing Primula with your favourite hot sauce or spice you can create the perfect cheesy hot dip! We serve ours with homemade chunky wedges

  • 1 tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • 2 baking potatoes, cut into wedges
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp olive oil
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat the oven to 200˚C/400˚F/gas 6.
  • Put wedges in a bowl along with a pinch of sea salt, ground black pepper, dried rosemary and olive oil, and mix so the wedges are all evenly coated.
  • Put some baking paper on a tray and transfer wedges over making sure they’re evenly spread out.
  • Pop in the oven for 30 minutes or until brown and crispy.
  • Serve and enjoy with Primula Original Cheese and a dash of hot sauce!
