Grilled vegetable skewers

The perfect summer side: quick and easy to make, but sure to be a hit with all of your BBQ guests!

  • 1 tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • Corn on the cob
  • Red onion
  • Courgettes
  • Mixed peppers
How you do it
How you do it
  • Chop the vegetables into even sized chunks. Top tip: for the corn, create a small slit in the middle with a knife to make it easier to put them on the skewer.
  • Push vegetables onto a skewer and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste, and cook on the BBQ until browned.
  • Add a squeeze of Primula Original Cheese and a sprinkle of chilli and coriander. Enjoy!
