French Brunch

We can’t think of anything that beats a lazy Sunday morning. That lighthearted relaxing time is precious, whether you’re enjoying it with your family — or stealing a few hours to yourself! This fittingly lazy recipe uses Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham to give you a big hit of flavour with minimal effort, so you can get back to relaxing asap.


What you need

  • 150g tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham
  • 2 large croissants
  • 2 large eggs
  • A knob of butter
  • Watercress, roughly chopped

How you do it

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.

  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a generous squeeze of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham, season with salt and pepper and mix.

  3. Place the croissants in the oven to warm.

  4. Heat the butter in a large frying pan, add the egg and cheese mixture, and scramble until the eggs are fully cooked. Then fold in the chopped watercress.

  5. Remove the croissants from the oven and fill with the egg mixture.

  6. Serve immediately and savour!
