We can’t think of anything that beats a lazy Sunday morning. That lighthearted relaxing time is precious, whether you’re enjoying it with your family — or stealing a few hours to yourself! This fittingly lazy recipe uses Primula Cheese 'n' Ham to give you a big hit of flavour with minimal effort, so you can get back to relaxing asap.

  • 150g tube of Primula Cheese 'n' Ham
  • 2 large croissants
  • 2 large eggs
  • A knob of butter
  • Watercress, roughly chopped
How you do it

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a generous squeeze of Primula Cheese 'n' Ham, season with salt and pepper and mix.
  • Place the croissants in the oven to warm.
  • Heat the butter in a large frying pan, add the egg and cheese mixture, and scramble until the eggs are fully cooked. Then fold in the chopped watercress.
  • Remove the croissants from the oven and fill with the egg mixture.
  • Serve immediately and savour!
