Cheesy Spinach Gnocchi

  • 500g fresh potato gnocchi
  • 20ml olive oil
  • 140g Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham
  • water
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 200g baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper
How you do it
How you do it
  • Cook the gnocchi according to the pack instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring regularly.
  • Add the Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham and water and stir until smooth.
  • Add the spinach and stir through until the spinach has wilted. Season to taste.
  • Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and cook for 1 minute, to allow the gnocchi to take on the delicious flavour of the sauce.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy with garlic bread and fresh salad to complete your meal.
