Cheesy Omelette

A tasty, quick and easy omelette. Packed full of flavour it makes the perfect breakfast, brunch or lunch!

  • 1 tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp butter
How you do it
How you do it
  • Season the 3 beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
  • Heat the sunflower oil and butter in a non-stick pan on medium heat until the butter has melted. Add the eggs to the pan.
  • Slowly tilt the pan from side to side until the eggs cover the surface of the pan completely. Let the mixture cook for about 20 seconds then scrape a line through the middle with a spatula.
  • Tilt the pan again to allow it to fill back up with the runny egg. Repeat once or twice more until the egg has just set.
  • Fill the omelette with ingredients of your choice – we added red onion, spinach and a generous squeeze of cheese. Fold gently in half with a spatula.
  • Serve with a with a salad and another squeeze of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives!
