Cheesy Omelette
A tasty, quick and easy omelette. Packed full of flavour it makes the perfect breakfast, brunch or lunch!
What you need
- 1 tube of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp butter
How you do it
Season the 3 beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
Heat the sunflower oil and butter in a non-stick pan on medium heat until the butter has melted. Add the eggs to the pan.
Slowly tilt the pan from side to side until the eggs cover the surface of the pan completely. Let the mixture cook for about 20 seconds then scrape a line through the middle with a spatula.
Tilt the pan again to allow it to fill back up with the runny egg. Repeat once or twice more until the egg has just set.
Fill the omelette with ingredients of your choice – we added red onion, spinach and a generous squeeze of cheese. Fold gently in half with a spatula.
Serve with a with a salad and another squeeze of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives!
