Our cheesy mushroom toast recipe makes a deliciously simple breakfast, brunch or lunch! Mushrooms coated in your favourite creamy Primula Cheese deliver a hearty dish on a budget. Bon appetit!

Tube of Primula Cheese 'n' Ham
  • 1 tbsp Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham
  • 150g sliced chestnut mushrooms
  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 slice sourdough
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
How you do it
How you do it
  • Heat the butter or olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the mushrooms and cook for 5-10 minutes, until golden and soft.
  • Meanwhile, toast the bread.
  • Top the toast with the mushrooms and the Primula Cheese 'n' Ham.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of parsley.
