
Squeezy Garlic Baguette
Who can resist a cheesy garlic bread? A perfect quick and easy accompaniment to a mid-week pasta dish.

What you need
- 1 tube of Primula Original Cheese
- Baguette
- 4 garlic cloves, grated
- 50g unsalted butter, melted
How you do it
Preheat oven to at 180 C/ Gas Mark 4.
Slice the baguette vertically at about 3cm intervals leaving about 1cm at the base.
Stir together the garlic and butter, then spread mixture in between each slice of the baguette.
Generously squeeze a tube of Primula Original Cheese over the top of the baguette.
Place on a baking tray and place in the oven for around 5mins until cheese is golden and baguette is crispy.
Garnish with parsley to serve.
