Cheesy Garlic Baguette

Who can resist a cheesy garlic bread? A perfect quick and easy accompaniment to a mid-week pasta dish.

  • 1 tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • Baguette
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated
  • 50g unsalted butter, melted
    • To serve:
    • Parsley
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat oven to at 180 C/ Gas Mark 4.
  • Slice the baguette vertically at about 3cm intervals leaving about 1cm at the base.
  • Stir together the garlic and butter, then spread mixture in between each slice of the baguette.
  • Generously squeeze a tube of Primula Original Cheese over the top of the baguette.
  • Place on a baking tray and place in the oven for around 5mins until cheese is golden and baguette is crispy.
  • Garnish with parsley to serve.
