Cheesy Frittata Fingers

These portable frittata fingers make a tasty addition to lunchboxes and summer picnics. Simply add a sizeable squeeze of Primula Burger Cheese for a delicious twist to these flavoursome bites. Bring on summer days and sunny vibes!

Tube of Burger Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Primula Burger Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ courgette, grated
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs
    • To serve:
    • 2 tbsp Primula Burger Cheese
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat the oven to 180c. Line an 8x8” square baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Whisk the eggs together in a bowl.
  • Fold in the spinach, courgette and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix in the 2 tbsp Primula Burger cheese.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the egg is golden and set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  • Lift out of the pan and slice into fingers.
  • Serve with extra cheese for dunking.
