Cheesy Corn Fritters

Our Cheesy Corn Fritters make the perfect snack or an easy weekend brunch. Deliciously crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside… get ready for some serious melt-in-the-mouth moments!

Tube of Primula Original Cheese
  • 200g tin sweetcorn, drained
  • 40g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil + extra to fry
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Primula Original Cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
    • To serve:
    • Primula Original Cheese
    • 1 spring onion, sliced
    • 1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped

  • Mix the sweetcorn, flour and smoked paprika, as well as some salt and pepper, in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the egg, 1 tbsp Primula Original Cheese and vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Spoon roughly 2 tbsp batter per fritter into the pan and spread out gently.
  • Cook for roughly 2 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Stack your fritters and top with a squeeze of Primula Original Cheese, spring onion and coriander.
