Cheesy bacon hot dogs

Come home after the big bangs and bright lights of Bonfire Night and spark a flare of flavour with our cheesy bacon hot dogs.

Primula Cheese ‘n’ Sriracha
  • 1 tube Primula Cheese 'n' Sriracha
  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 rashers cooked streaky bacon, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
How you do it
How you do it
  • Set a pan of water to boil.
  • Cook the hot dogs in the water for 4 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, slice the buns and prepare any other toppings.
  • Drain and lay the cooked hot dogs in the buns.
  • Tuck in half the chopped bacon.
  • Squeeze a squiggle of Primula Cheese 'n' Sriracha (or any of our delicious flavours) on the top of each hot dog.
  • Garnish with the remaining bacon and spring onions.
  • Serve.
