Cheese and Roast Beef Sliders

These Cheese and Roast Beef Sliders will be sliding into your favourite recipes after your first bite. They’re incredibly easy to make, especially with your Sunday leftovers, and add a burst of flavour with a squeeze of Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives. Who says you can’t have comfort food for Monday’s lunch?

  • 200g roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 seeded bread buns
  • 50g wholegrain mustard (optional)
  • 2 sprigs of dill, chopped
  • 150g Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives
How you do it
How you do it
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C/Gas Mark 5.
  • Slice the bread buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spread the mustard and dill evenly over the bread buns.
  • Place the roast beef on each bun bottom.
  • Squeeze Primula Cheese ‘n’ Chives over the beef then add the top half of the buns.
  • Wrap in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for a further 5 minutes until the cheese is wonderfully melty and the buns are crisp and golden.
  • Tuck in immediately.
