  • 140g Primula Original Cheese
  • 100g Italian pancetta, in cubes
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 100g radish, sliced
    • To serve:
    • Fresh watercress, washed
How you do it
How you do it
  • Pan fry the pancetta cubes over moderate to high heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally until crisp and golden brown; drain them on kitchen paper.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat and drizzle 1.5 tbsp of olive oil over the 4 slices of bread.
  • Grill the bread until golden on both sides, this should take about 2-3 minutes total.
  • Remove the toast from the grill and immediately top with Primula Original Cheese, radish, pancetta and watercress. Drizzle with some olive oil and serve.
