Cheese and ham pockets
Look at the melty goodness in these cheese and ham pockets! These irresistible bites are made with just three ingredients so they’re ideal for lunches and quick snacks. Comfort food at its very best.
What you need
- 1 tube Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 150g ham
How you do it
Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking tray with a baking mat or paper.
Unroll the pastry and slice into 5 strips.
Spread Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham on half of each strip.
Arrange ham on top of the Primula Cheese ‘n’ Ham.
Fold the pastry over and use your fingers or a fork to crimp the edges.
If desired, brush the tops with beaten egg for extra crisping.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and puffed.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
