Cheddar Cheese and Strawberry Jam Heart-Shaped Vol-Au-Vents

  • 320g ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 70g Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 100g strawberry jam

  • Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
  • 2. Roll out the puff pastry onto a floured surface or greaseproof paper. Cut out 16 hearts using a heart-shaped cutter. Using a smaller heart-shaped cutter, cut out the middle of 8 hearts and place on top of the full ones so there is a heart-shaped dint in the middle of each heart.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden.
  • Remove from the oven and rest for 2 minutes.
  • Fill the hearts with strawberry jam and Primula Mature Cheddar Cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy!
