Primula Burger Cheese

What you need

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 500g British beef mince (15% fat)

How you do it

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onions and gently fry until golden.

  2. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

  3. Once cool, place all of the burger ingredients into a large mixing bowl and bring the ingredients together. Season to taste.

  4. Using your hands or a burger press, shape into 4 burgers and refrigerate until ready to cook.

  5. Place on the BBQ or skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
